Refund & Return Policy

As a small, student-run business, we want you to be completely happy with your Thys Wear order. If something isn't right, we’re here to help.

The 7-Day Window You have 7 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return or exchange. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items (100% Covered) If your shirt arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or the print isn't right, please email us within 7 days with a clear photo of the issue. We will immediately issue a full refund or send a free replacement—whichever you prefer!

Size Exchanges & Returns Because we are a small pilot project and our items are printed to order, we highly recommend checking the sizing charts before buying. If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, we can accept a return within 7 days as long as the item is unworn and unwashed. Please note that for these types of returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
